- Organize six song team leaders to find 2-3 people to sing for each meeting.
- Arrange for pianist and any additional musicians for each meeting.

- Set up appropriate signage at events (use free resources if possible; Example: white board arrows, etc.)

- Communicate with Cafeteria director prior to conference if expecting large influx of visitors on Sabbath
- Assist with handicapped needs at conference (golf cart rental, wheelchairs, volunteers to assist the handicapped)

- Coordinate the evangelistic component of the outreach event. This includes:

- Activity (Door to door, Surveys, etc.)
- Keeping track of contacts and follow-up.

- Organize materials for outreach events.
- Following the event, produce a report on the number of materials passed out, Bible study contacts received, testimonies, and anything pertaining to the Evangelism component of the event.

Are you creative and want to use your talents to bless others? The Resource Creation team is responsible for the development of resources produced by GYCSE. Individuals and teams will work to create specific projects for distribution. These projects may include tracts, pamphlets, books, videos, podcasts, training seminars, etc. Resource Creators will produce content that reflects Biblical principles and the spirit of GYCSE.

- Initiate resource ideas, or join/lead a project to develop and distribute
- Contribute to the project from its infancy to completion
- Evaluate needs in the region and explore what resources can be created to meet those needs.

- Plan a general program designed to:
- Demonstrate a godly worship experience (music, united prayer, etc.)
- Spread the message and mission of GYCSE
- Galvanize young people in local churches/academies with a passion to spread the message of a crucified, risen, soon-coming savior to the world

The Partnership Coordinator must have a passion for the message and mission of GYCSE, and a strong support for the organized SDA movement.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Take minutes at subcommittee meetings and send to the External Affairs VP, External Affairs Subcommittee, and GYCSE President.
- Coordinate with the External Affairs Secretary for the scheduling, logistical and volunteer recruitment aspects of promotional trips.
- Send emails and recruit volunteers as needed by External Affairs VP.
- At the end of each semester and year, obtain information from various External Affairs departments to create a general report for the External Affairs subcommittee which includes statistics, goals reached, and future strategies.
- Assist the External Affairs VP in other areas as needed.

Job Overview
The Fundraising Director is responsible for creating and executing a yearly fundraising plan that aims to maintain existing and develop new donor relationships for the financial sustainability of GYCSE. The Fundraising Director is to work closely with the Treasurer and the Finance Committee to assess and help fulfill GYCSE’s monetary needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a yearly fundraising plan to ensure the financial stability of GYCSE, and present to the Finance Committee for review/approval.
- Develop a yearly fundraising budget.
- Utilize existing and strategize new ways to fundraise.
- Maintain a current fundraising letter which highlights:
- Recent events, initiatives, and strategies
- Future events, initiatives, and strategies
- Maintain existing and develop new donor relationships by:
- Coordinating with the Philanthropy Office for donor-related questions
- Sending quarterly newsletter updates to existing donors
- Sending fundraising letters to possible new donors
